Apparently shortsighted and eagle eye do nothing perceptible, so the former is free points why the latter is basically a waste (this may have changed in 41.60+ since they probably at least affect foraging now). Inconspicuous and conspicuous also work differently from what I would expect, so someone might re-evaluate their worth.
